If you change your mind about anything you buy online, no problem. Simply return it unused within one month of receipt (14 days for sale items) and we’ll give you a refund.

Return to store

You can return your order to any Principles high street store (except those in department stores/concessions), taking your despatch note with you as proof of receipt.

You can either exchange your goods for something else or opt for a refund, which will be made to the card you used when placing your order.

Return by post

To return your order using our FREEPOST option, just complete the enclosed returns slip and include it in your package.

Write your details on the returns address label and stick it to your parcel, which can then be sent via the post office. Make sure you get a receipt and keep hold of it until you’ve received your refund.

Jewellery Returns

For hygiene reasons unfortunately we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not effect your statutory rights.
