If you’ve never shopped online before or are new to our website, don’t worry. The site is really simple to use, and to make it even easier we’ve put together these tips.

How to find what you’re looking for

There are several ways to shop on the site: by department, by collection, or by using the search box to find a specific item.

Shop by department

When you click on ‘Shop by department’, you’ll see a list of product categories – eg, ‘tops’, ‘skirts’, ‘jackets’ etc.

If you click on one of these, you’ll see a list of  sub-categories – eg, ‘tops’ is split down into ‘camisoles’, ‘cardigans’, ‘tunics’ etc.

You can then either click on one of these, or ‘View all tops’, whichever is easiest for you.

Shop by collection

To give you a quick and easy guide to wearing the latest trends, this section groups products into the seasonal collections put together by our buyers.

From tops to accessories, you’ll find a mixture of different product types in each collection. Simply click on a given collection to view.

Petite shopping

Petite shopping works in exactly the same way as our main collection. Just click on ‘Petite collection’ on the home page and you’ll be given the option to shop by department or collection.

How to find a specific item

The search box at the top of the home page gives you several different ways to find specific items:

• If you’ve seen something in-store and already have the line number, simply enter it into the search box.
• You can also enter a phrase and/or department into the search box – eg, ‘linen tops’.
• If you’re in a hurry, the advanced search option enables you to narrow down your search. You can search by size, department, colour, garment care, price and sale items.

Alternatively, you can refine your search when shopping by department or collection – eg, you can choose to view only items in your size.

Finding the latest looks

We update details of our new arrivals daily. To view them, just click on ‘What's New’ on the home page.

Using your shopping basket

When you’ve found something you want to buy, select the size you want, then click ‘Add to bag’.

When you’ve finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click on ‘Shopping bag’. After double-checking the contents of your basket, click on ‘Checkout’.

You’ll then be taken to the secure payment area, where you just need to follow the simple instructions to complete your order.

Registering online

To shop online with us you need to register. This is a simple process which asks you to nominate a ‘username’ (usually your email address) and a password (any memorable word of your choice).

You’ll also need to enter some personal information, including your home and preferred delivery address. We’ll store these details so you won’t have to enter them every time  you order.

For security reasons, we don’t store any card details, so you will need to re-enter these each time.

When you purchase an item and click through to the checkout pages, you will automatically be asked to register or sign in if you have shopped with us before.

If you forget your password at any time, don’t worry. Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ button on the account log-in page and we’ll email it to you.
